Educational Leadership Philosophy

My Educational  Philosophy Statement:
All students can learn if given HOPE (Having Opportunities to Pursue Excellence)

My Personal Mission Statement:
To provide students and teachers with opportunities to pursue excellence.

My Personal Goal:
To be an educational leader that promotes success in all.

My Personal Vision:
I will become an effective educator that gives students and teachers the opportunity to learn, grow, and be successful.

Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world. It is the core of the connection of our present and future. As an educator I believe education provides hope to our community. Education creates holistic relationships between our community and school to form a firm foundation that connects our present and future.
As an educational leader I believe it is my duty to empower my students, staff, parents, and community. I want to be able to connect our school and community to produce lifelong learners that will bridge our present and future. It is important that I tape into each individual's strength to ensure we are working together for our students' success.
Building an educational community will require each member to be valued with a true purpose that drives the vision. Respect, communication, and trust will play an important role in building our educational community. I am committed to not just being an educational leader, but being a team player in the journey. The relationship created for our student's success is important and vital.
Children are the number priority. It is because of them that I have an opportunity to teach and lead. It is for them alone that we exist as an educational community. I believe that children have the opportunity to learn if provided with the resources needed to be successful. One of these resources is an effective leader who believes in the success of all students. I will ensure that no one or anything infringes upon the right of their educational success. I will be an advocate for each student, staff member, and parent.
As an educator I am committed to lifelong learning, personal and professional growth, developing holistic relationships, academic excellence, collaboration, respect, community, and work ethic. My passion is driven with dedication, morals, and high expectations. I will not always make the right decisions, but I will stay true to my beliefs, values, and morals.

My hope is that as an educator I could be a source of motivation and inspiration to others, as we strive to ensure academic and social excellence to our educational community that will connect our present and future.
